Founded in 2002, Dongguan Huge Leather Goods Produce Co.Ltd is an ISO 9001:2008- certified company that started exporting in 2005. We specialize in designing, developing, manufacturing and selling leather and stationery products. Our main products include organizers, notebooks and portfolios as well as agenda name card holders, wallets, magic wallets and luggage tag mouse pads. We have our own brand which is Huge.
Our factory covers 4000 square meters housing 150 to 199 employees who man six production lines. Our monthly output is over 200,000 to 249,000 pieces, 80 percent of which is exported. We have five to nine R&D engineers with 12 years' experience who can communicate in the English language directly. They can release 20 to 60 new products monthly and make a sample within seven days.
Our QC team is composed of 19 QC personnel with six to ten years' experience. They follow a strict process of quality control covering IQC to IPQC, FQC, QQC and QA thus giving us a failure rate of only 0.1 percent. We make sure our materials are of RoHS and SGS standards plus they perform double checks on materials which come from over 160 to 200 suppliers.
We offer OEM and ODM services to over 60 clients including Box House Publishing and Billion Pro Printing with our main markets coming from Europe, the US, the Middle East, Africa, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. We have three salespersons with up to five years' experience. Our MOQ is 1,000 pieces with over delivery period between 18 to 30 days for 30,000 to 100,000 pieces. In addition, we provide packaging services according to the customers' needs.
